Where is your shop located?

Our coffee shop is located at the bottom of Milsom Street in Bath. Click here for our full address and directions.

Do you have seating, or are you just takeaway?

We have plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors! Our deceptively small-looking shop can seat up to 40 people.

Can I book a table?

Absolutely! Please get in touch via our contact form, or alternatively, email us on kekolocoffee@gmail.com

What are your opening times?

We're open 7 days a week! Our opening times are as follows:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday 9am - 5pm

Do you offer a discount if I bring my own takeaway cup?

We're big on helping the environment, so we offer a 20p discount if you bring your own reusable cup. We're also currently offering a takeaway latte for just £1.99 if you bring your own reusable cup!

Are you dog friendly?

Absolutely - we welcome well behaved pups of all sizes! All we ask is that paws are kept on floors and that your dog doesn't disrupt other customers. Don't forget to ask our staff for a puppa-ccino!

Is your shop wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, due to our premises being a listed building with a lot of stairs, our indoor seating is not currently wheelchair accessible. We're very disappointed about this and would love to have a more accessible premises in the future!
We do have outdoor seating which is accessible.

What dietary requirements/preferences do you cater for?

We try and cater for as many dietary requirements/preferences as possible including gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan and vegetarian. Please note that due to the nature of our shop we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of any particular allergen. Please make our team aware of your requirements when ordering, and if you'd like more details of our current menu items, please send us a message.

Do you have a customer toilet?

We do - but please note that it's up three flights of stairs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at just £4.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class, or alternatively you can choose Royal Mail 24 (Tracked) for £5.50

How long will my bakes last for?

We recommend storing your bakes in an airtight container - brownies and cookie pies are best in the fridge. Your bakes will last for up to 10 days after dispatch but we recommend consuming them within the first 5 days for maximum freshness!

You can view the full ingredients lists and allergen information for all of our postal bakes here.

When will my products arrive?

We dispatch orders once per week to ensure that they arrive fresh! Check the banner at the top of our website for our next dispatch date.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail for our postals - you'll get an email with a tracking number for your order as soon as it's dispatched.
